Last August 2019, I have a business meeting after that we go to Grand Indonesia.
We should pass a security check, passing X-ray check and metal detector check.
The security guy ask me “Is she from India ?”
No, She is a global citizen.
When we walk to the escalator she ask me why you answer the question with Global Citizen ?
So this the reason :
- Yes, from your appearance peopleknow that you have Indian blood.
- You are born in Malaysia
- You have been works for couple years in India, some countries in Africa.
- You work in Singapore.
- You go to Indonesia back and forth.
She smile hearing my answer, yes global citizen.
During last three weeks, I have been participating in several virtual meet-ups.
No such particular virtual-meet-ups that all participants come from one country, all are multiple countries.
Here we come to the new era whre we become a Global Citizen.

global citizen.
My personal experience within 18 years professional life working with multinational companies, number of colleagues and leaders are truly global citizen just like your description below. Born and raised in one country, working in many parts of the globes and hold multiple citizens too. But our life as local guidesnowadays, also becoming ‘global citizen like’, borderless virtually 
. Within 3 weeks may appear in multiple countries virtual meet ups

. It might be tiring sometimes’though. COVID-19 might stop us from traveling for Now but our spirit is high!
