I do not consider myself a wine expert at all more like a complete amateur, but I do enjoy it from times to times.
Do you make wine from grapes only, or you use different sorts of fruits?
My personal choice of red wine would be Pinot Noir. Do you have a special sort that you make in your vineyard?
