Vilnius lately is discussed a lot for a few reasons. One of them is Lithuanian government created a regulatory sandbox for fintech startups. This is the reason why startups looking at Vilnius as got o location. City is small and cozy, with almost everything you need reachable in about 30 min. Vilnius Airport is near the city with moderately developer flights to biggest European cities.
