Dear LG Connect Members,
I wanted to share my experience of visiting an amazing restaurant in Uttarakhand when I visited Jim Corbett National Park recently.
Village Vatika Restaurant, is located in the picturesque Ramnagar district of Uttarakhand near Jim Corbett National Park. Situated in a tranquil area surrounded by lush greenery and scenic mountain views, the restaurant provides the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. Whether you’re visiting for a casual lunch, a family gathering, or a romantic dinner, the serene ambiance and breathtaking views elevate the entire experience.
One of the key features that make Village Vatika stand out is its versatile dining options. The restaurant offers both a rooftop and indoor dining space, giving guests the freedom to choose the ambiance they prefer. The rooftop dining area provides panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and is perfect for those looking to enjoy a meal while basking in fresh air and nature’s beauty. It also has a small library with around 10-12 book for anyone who wishes to read while waiting for their order.
The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, making it a convenient option for those with mobility challenges. The washrooms are well-maintained, clean, and spacious, adding to the overall convenience and comfort for guests.
The menu at Village Vatika is as diverse as it is delicious. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty Indian meal, savory Chinese dishes, or a comforting Italian pizza or pasta, the restaurant has something to satisfy every palate. I tried Chicken seekh kabab, Laal Maas (Mutton Curry), Garlic Naan and Chicken Biryani. Each and every dish was delicious. We topped it off with death by chocolate. It was yummilicious.
In addition to the quality of food, the service at Village Vatika is exceptional. The staff members are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. They are always happy to oblige taking pictures of the guests, as this restaurant offers a haven for photography enthusiasts.
In addition to its food and ambiance, the restaurant offers reasonable value for money. Though a bit pricey, the portion size is sufficient for two people, and the views make up for the expensive menu.
Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy delicious food with friends and family.
