When a business replies on one of my contributions, I can’t see it, I used to be able to. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Hello @Olivia_Hoffman ,

Formerly the replies came as E-mail,now it’s no longer that way. Please check on the places you have reviewed on the maps.

The replies should be right there under the review on the Google maps app itself. I’ll add a screenshot of the ones I found.

If you can’t find it there,probably the businesses haven’t replied you. If you are sure they replied you and you can’t see it,the issue can then be escalated further.

Let me try to help you.

There has been an issue with viewing review replies in mobile apps for quite some time now. In my experience, we need to use a desktop computer to see them. Alternatively, you can try the browser on your phone.

I believe the e-mails alerts are still around.

It’s interesting the E-mails are still around. Mine stopped coming a good while ago.

I receive them only through the app. Wonder has that to do with some settings?

I’ll try the desktop tip as well.

The first link gives the following…

Google

404 that’s an error.

The requested url was not found on the server that’s all we know.

kindly double check.

The 2nd link is OK and I have double checked and my settings are OK too.

In addition it will be helpful if you use the tagging tool “@” followed by the username when replying to other local guides.
