This is my Vietnam first class class sleeper train experience.

This is a perfect way to save money on one night hotel fee from Ho Chi Minh to Da Nang.

Here is the Saigon train station

Fast food restaurant in the station

USB port provided on every bed at the first class cabin

Step for you to climb up the the upper bed

Power switch for the light, fan and power plug

Cabin view

Food from the push cart

Someone sneak in the dog in the train! Very cute right?

Sweet corn for supper

Hi @JimTan ,

Thanks for sharing with us!

The sleeper train is indeed a miraculous means of transportation, allowing people to move around economically.

By the way, the Saigon Railway Station is well equipped, when travelers may need to stay a bit longer for their departure time.

Last but not least, are you using any stabilizer equipment for filming? Also which camera is being utilized? : ]

Hi @sonnyNg ,

I’m using GoPro Hero 6 Black with Karma Grib for this video (^__^)

Do you vlog also?

Hi @JimTan ,

Thanks for sharing the details! : ]

I am indeed making small attempts to vlog, however at times I find capturing b-roll or just random footage to be more suitable for my imagination.

P/s: We enjoyed watching the video you have shared, altogether with the post they do complement well with each other!

Thank you @sonnyNg (^__^)

I think some people prefer read and views photos than watch video so I think post some photos will help the to understand about the train trip as well.

Sometimes I do put subtitle on my videos, as I’m the person prefer to watch video with sound off :p.

Have you try to vlog with Pixel? It take nice quality video too.

I use Sony A9 with 20mm lens for most of my video, only use GoPro when I need to be discreet in public.

I think carry the big camera in the cabin will make the other passenger not comfortable.

That is great to hear, @JimTan , and kudos for the effort you have put into the final production of your content!

It is true to what you have said, there would always be a way to record their memories, to their own taste. : ]

I have not got the chance to try out recording with Pixel, but I have heard really good feedback from @GeorgesHR regarding the device. Perhaps he can share some thoughts on that as well.

The Sony A9 together with the Go Pro is a really impressive combination, used it different situations perfectly, as you have described! (I have been using the Canon 750D with the Iphone and a gimbal most often).

Hi @sonnyNg ,

 All the hard work help me to know more friends and help me a lot when I travel.

The Pixel 4 is coming this year, get the staff benefit to buy one~ you gonna love the quality, especially the stabilisation and the sound quality.

I’m gonna get one for sure.

I’m a full time photographer using Sony A9 for my works, I just use to maximise the function.

I do visit APECHQ for photo shoot monthly, buzz me if you work there or when you visit, I can show you the cool functions from the A9.

Hi @JimTan ,

Thanks for the heads up for the new device, as I will be on the lookout for it then! : ]

Do feel free to share more of the interesting content with the community, as well. Should that be on the occasion of visiting the APECHQ, as we would be interested to hear about your experience there, too!
