Can we still upload videos to google maps?

They are not to be found.

Yes you can upload videos that meet the criteria. Portrait (vertical) format it best. Videos upload in the background not when you add them. Are you connected to wifi? Video files can be very large and by default Maps will wait until it’s on wifi unless you tell it to use mobile data.
