Good evening together
When I go to view all my pictures in my profile, my videos are displayed in black even though they are viewable in the places where I posted them some have disappeared in the places and are no longer visible. For whatever reason I do not know that I have violated any rules.
I make a video of the place and show on it the opening hours.
Do I violate any rules by doing this ? If so please let me know then I will change something.
Accordingly, the views go up and down.

Welcome to connect. According to your post,your can’t view your videos. I went through your maps profile and viewed some of your videos.
- There is one of a play ground
- There is another one of friseur beauty lounge
- There is one of petit restaurant.
- Etc
I suppose others can also view it like I did. It therefore means that it is possible it’s your Internet connection or phone or browser or something.
I suppose you are aware that videos on the maps shouldn’t be longer than 30 sec,otherwise it will be truncated. Another thing is photos can be marked private or taken down,I believe the same with videos too. That’s all the explanation I can offer as a fellow local guide.

May I ask how many videos you can see ?
At most viewed I see 20 pieces and I can not scroll further
Videos are not shown to me although they have more views than the ones shown.
I will wait and see if the views will be added later.
I have a 300k line at home which should be enough to display videos.
Or maybe it’s because I’m uploading them while I’m in a hotspot that has a maximum of 10mb.

Please, try Clear cache & cookies, if you have not already done so. The link has step-by-step instructions for Android, IOS, and Desktop. Just select the relevant tab at the top.
Also, please log out of your Local Guides account and log back in, and update your Google Maps app if necessary.
Further, please let us know if the problem persists if you access your account from a different platform.

I see only one dark video on your profile. It is uploaded to Bolzplatz. It shows a very dark sky and it is rotated incorrectly. Both are against the photo guidelines.
Videos and photos should clearly show the place. And dark/night time photos should not be uploaded to Google Maps.

The video was an experiment to see if I’m doing it right with the videos upload.

I have deleted the cookies and cache the problem remains over the PC I can see the videos normally even if there are even fewer views displayed to me than on the cell phone
All apps with me are up to date.

The fact that the problem is only on one platform suggests that the issue is on your end. Would you be able to test using a different browser on your PC? You will need to login using your local guides Google account for this.

I have tried it via another browser on the PC there the videos are visible even if the views do not really fit.
Then it is probably a display error on my phone that the videos are displayed in the display black Restart of the phone has also brought nothing
I will continue to watch it maybe it changes sometime.

Please make sure you cleared the cache properly in the browser only showing black thumbnails.
The view count can differ from server to server, it get synchronized with time.
