Videos (anyone's) currently not showing for any location.

When I view a location where I know there were videos - there are currently no videos listed in the photo contributions (neither mine, nor anyone else’s). The Video tab has also gone. This is occurring on both android app as well as on web browser Maps.

I wondered whether this is related to the temporary reduction in Google services due to COVID-19. Is this video issue the same for everyone at the moment, please?

Hi @DaveBooth I’ve checked a couple of places I’ve contributed videos to and can confirm they’re not visible @DaveBooth however I’ve never seen a separate videos tab - they’ve always been under photos for me.

One of the Googlers will stop by and let us know.

Thanks for checking this out for me, Paul :+1: :ok_hand: Much appreciated.

It’s likely server processing is being reserved and cut back (heavy load on the system for videos), if it’s an overall “issue”.

Hi PaulPavlinovich,

I meant to add … the “tab” for videos (after clicking on “photos”) was amongst the options above the photo list (see image below) …as long as there were more than just a couple of videos amongst the collection. If only one or two videos have been posted- the videos tab wasn’t shown.
