I uploaded 3 videos to the maps but only one is appearing in my profile stats. How to see the video, i added? Thanks

If you can see the videos there, means they has been successfully uploaded.
Not every video or photo will be accepted for public view though, some may be made private usually for reasons of not meeting the contribution policy for Maps here https://support.google.com/contributionpolicy/answer/7422880
which means these contributions can only be seen by yourself when logged into your account, and not by public.
Then we talk about contribution stats which highlights what you have contributed, and you can check the difference between looking at your stats while logged in and when not logged in, they may give different numbers because of the above if any photos/videos were made private.
Only then we can talk about achievement badges, because the update of the badges usually trail behind the above by days or weeks. Badges are not updated in real time.
