I have uploaded few videos on google maps and i can see it in Your Contributions but nobody else cant see it. Also Director badge doesn’t recognize any videos uploaded? Also few videos are more than few days old.

The count on the badge takes a few days for the update. When did you added the photos?
To check if the videos are publicly visible, youi should check your profile in anonymous mode.
Please note that a video can by set as “private” if do not adhere to the Maps User Contributed Content Policy.
