Could you share some more information about him?
When was it built and by whom?
Is there a relationship with the goddess Hathor?

well, i dont know too much about this place but sure it belong to goddess Hathor
but all the tourists visit goddess Hathor temple in Dandara village in the south of Egypt, but no one try to visit this portal and
i mean i dont know why !!
it need some one to discover it well

Thanks for the information @Abeid !
This gate closely resembles one side gate of the Dendera Temple Complex.
The gate may have been part of a partition wall on another complex, a temple in the past.
