I came accross a query asked by a person running business plz suggest if we can help, as per him sometimes customers comes for only taking the details and after that they reviews on google map with low stars or wrong information that can impact their business, is there any option as “verified customer” ( to be done by business owner) by which it can be identified that the reviewer have used the service from particulat business and the review is not just an assumption.

I don’t think so. But he can flag reviews he thinks are not following the guidelines.
It is better to ask in the Google My Business forum.

You could lodge this as an idea in Idea Exchange, but given its more about Google My Business rather than Local Guides you should probably direct your friend to claim their business on Maps and work with https://business.google.com/ for the idea.
