Venice in January

This week I had to travel to Venice! A short but intense trip.

I present to you my first photo, the skyline of Venice, as soon as you land in the city and take the ferry to go to the center (I recommend you better take the bus)

I take advantage of this date since there are very good offers to discover other places in the world.

Walking around the city I began to find charming places like the photos that I put below.

The next day I visited almost the entire city and was able to enjoy a great sunny day.

I found one of the best bookstores I have seen in the whole world. It is a little hidden place… but highly recommended…!!

And finally, I leave you one of the photos that will remind me the most of Venice, its beautiful canals

I hope you liked my trip to Venice! I hope to see your travel photos

Thanks for this post, @AlexTravel , I am happy that you enjoyed Venice.

I agree with you, the Libreria Acqua Alta is one of the most incredible bookstore in Venice, and probably in the world. Do you know what the name means?

Yes it is, @AlexTravel

Acqua Alta in Italian means High Tide. Several times during autumn and winter the water, due to the high tide, is flowing inside the library, so they decided to give this name to the library. Not easy to reach, as it is not in the touristic area of Venice, it is indeed an amazing place to visit
