Last weekend Perth hosted it’s most recent Vegan Nights event at Yagan Square in Perth CBD.
These events are run just a few times each year and feature a great range of vegan food trucks and stalls, drinks, and products such as ethically produced clothing and handmade items. There are also live music performances throughout the evening.

Being vegan myself, I always try to support these events by attending and helping non-vegans be aware of the market. For me personally, I really enjoy tasting different foods from the food trucks that I may not have come across before.
I recommend going with a few friends, each selecting a dish or two, and meeting back at a central area, such as near the bar, to share the meals among the group. This is a great way to be able to try many different foods, rather than be stuck with one option.
The ideal time to arrive is around sunset, as you will experience a beautiful transition from dusk to evening during this warmer time of year.
