México has a large sort of food and Yucatán where I live has one of the most important gastronomy and culture legacy in the world.
Vaporcitos means cooked by steam. Doña Morena preparation is and old recipe and you can notice it, she makes corn mass stuffed with chicken or pork tomato and onions all this cover with banana leaves and then cooked by the steam for few hours.
Be careful with the habanero sauce!!!
