Sounds awesome, @Shirley . I love that you’ll be sharing about the Summit, too. I wish I could join you but Vancouver is SO at the top of my list and even more so after meeting you guys!

I met @Shirley and the other LGs just a week before the Summit in Vancouver for a meetup and was having a blast. I wish it’s closer so I can come again haha 
Oh and @TraciC if Vancouver wins the contest please schedule the party on a weekend so I can come

Thanks for putting this together @Shirley ! I actually entirely forgot about the Local Guides Connect until you mentioned it again today So, in that respect, I’ve now got a suggestion to forward along - either an app (separate, or within Maps), or notification system for posting… The communities on G+ are great, but I think I can understand Google’s thinking for having something built from the ground up and “detached” from G+ exclusively for Local Guides, but I found the web interface a bit clunky on mobile. Looking forward to December’s meetup!
@GrahamK great that you’ve logged on again! And yes, I think many of us have echoed similar comments to you in terms of mobile use of local guides connect!
