This is a ‘photo walk’ starting at Science World and capturing some local Vancouver flavor, hotspots and shops. For those new to the Local Guides program, we’ll show you how to earn points and badges by adding photo’s and short video clips about places (businesses and local attractions) around Vancouver. For experienced users, we’ll use this opportunity to “power up” with a blitz of new content and exchange tips and insights into how we use the program to discover new ways to leverage the Google Maps / Local Guides program. We’ll also introduce you to our “Vancouver #stories” series and showcase how it integrates with and leverages the Google maps platform. Bring your selfie sticks if you’ve got them, we look forward to meeting you all.
