y ahora quiero decirte que no debes preocuparte por nada pues tener 0 en Valoraciones es el mejor de los escenarios. 
¿Porqué? Pues porque ese tipo de contribución indica en cuantos POIs has dejado solo una evaluación en estrellas, pero sin dejar una reseña de tu experiencia.
Así que eso es lo mejor pues significa que en todos has agregado una descripción con texto que puede ser útil para otros usuarios.

Te comparto un tip extra: siempre que agregues un comentario en Connect y estés respondiendo a alguien más debes incluir su usuario (como lo hice aquí agregando el tuyo) comenzando con @ y luego escribiendo lentamente el nombre de la persona a quien te diriges. De esa manera recibirán una notificación y todos sabrán a quien estás respondiendo. Esto es una particularidad de Connect que funciona diferente a las plataformas de redes sociales.

I did not get your reply as my id was not mentioned. Our CM friend @LightRich has explained it for you.
When you provide ratings with review, only review is getting counted. You get the points for rating and review both but the rating count will not increment.
However, if only rating is given and no review then in that case rating count is incremented.
In both the cases you get 1 point for the rating.
In your case, since you have rated and provided reviews as well for 376 POI, it reflects in your profile as Reviews: 376 ; Ratings: 0.
Also suggest you to follow the below step while responding to your post on Connect.
- While replying to a specific Local Guide (LG) or to mention a specific LG, please use ‘@’ followed by the respective LG user id. You will get this by typing ‘@’ slowly. e.g. mine is @Kumaarsantosh.
