Hello everyone, newbie here. Can someone please help me. How would I go about syncing my google maps to my local guide connect?? My contributions don’t come out the same

Not sure to understand what you mean.
Google Maps is a service by Google where we contribute with reviews, photos, answers and edits, while Connect is the official Community Forum of the Local Guides.
The only information exchanged between the two platforms is your Local Guide level.
Can you kindly provide an example to help is to understand your issue?
