Hello,

We are experiencing an issue with our Google Business Profile for our business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Over the past 7 days, new customer reviews have not been appearing on our profile, even though customers have confirmed they successfully submitted their reviews.

Additionally, we noticed that approximately 33 reviews have been removed from our total review count.

Important details:

  • No recent changes were made to the business name, address, or category.
  • No review campaigns were conducted.
  • No policy violations were received.
  • The profile is active and visible.

We would appreciate if a Product Expert could help verify whether this is due to review filtering, a system update, or a technical issue.

Recently, I’ve realized something. If I attach a video with photos to a written review , the review doesn’t appear when I use incognito mood. Do they attach videos to their reviews ?

No, there are no videos attached to their reviews — only standard written reviews (sometimes with photos).

Even reviews without photos don’t appear?

Yes, even reviews without photos are not appearing when checked in incognito mode.
