Urgent: Local Guide Level 10 Profile Desync and Public Display Issue

Dear Google Moderators and Fellow Local Guides,

I am reaching out to seek urgent assistance regarding a critical data discrepancy and sync issue with my Level 10 Local Guide account (currently showing 113,245 points and 20,766 photos).

On my desktop device, I can see my full Level 10 status, and when I upload photos from my mobile device, they appear publicly on my business listing, “Paradise Nursery & Electric” (Near GTI, Letpadan).

However, my profile picture change does not reflect publicly. Even worse, on the public-facing view, my managing account or associated map data incorrectly reflects as a Level 6 profile instead of my actual Level 10 status.

I have already posted in the Google Business Profile community 11 days ago but received no response. Since this involves severe Local Guide data desync, I would be deeply grateful if a Google Moderator could look into this and help restore/sync my profile data correctly.

Thank you for your dedicated support.

Dear GBP Experts,

I am writing to seek urgent technical assistance. I am a long-time Level 10 Local Guide (with >20,700 photos and 113,000 points). I have recently been informed by the Local Guides Connect community moderators that the critical data desync issue I am facing with my business profile, ‘Paradise Nursery & Electric,’ is beyond their capabilities and they redirected me here.

My profile is correctly shown as Level 10 internally, but to the public on Google Maps, the managing account is incorrectly shown as a Level 6 contributor. This data discrepancy is actively hurting my business visibility. I need assistance from a GBP Product Expert or internal team to restore and sync my profile data correctly.

Please guide me on how to escalate this. I have photos of my internal status for verification.

Thank you for your urgent support.
