Hi @SurabhiParab It’s now more than 6 weeks you have not received it. You can raise the missing item request. Similar thing is happened with me. I have requested the same. They will send another pin. Just fill up the information in the missing item column (last one) by clicking following link…I hope it will work. I am also waiting for the same. As per tracking information it’s still in Germany since 23rd March. Also with same bar code no u can check on India Post Tracking. Just for your information.
