I am upset that I have answered multiple questions on my posts but have been waiting months to get my next badge because Google is not updating it. I have over 6 million views and this is not ok.

Hello @Jami_T , which badge are you looking for? Congrats on your 6 million views, but those do not equate to points. You need points to go up another level. Your profile indicates you’ve answered 834 questions, but that’s not a lot.
Please take a look here https://support.google.com/local-guides/answer/6225851?hl=en to see how you can earn points, and what it will take to get to the next level. Most Local Guides spend a long time on Level 8, so please don’t feel your situation is unusual.

Sorry for coming so late to your post. However looking at your screenshot you are mixing two type of answers. What you are showing us is what is defined as Q&A in your contributions list, while what needed for the Fact Finder badge are the answer you give when you respond to the questions asked directly by Maps. For more details please read: Answer questions .
In any case you have already the amount of answers (1000) to receive the Expert Fact finder badge, what you don’t have is the proper number of edits.
This is interesting, because looking at your profile you appear to have already 136 edits. However not all the edits are counted for the badge. Only edit to a business listing are considered, while edit to a dish name, even if counted on the contribution, are not counted for the badge.
As you posted in a topic related to Road addition I am asking @MoniDi to move your post in a more appropriate Location: How Tos. In fact the reason why you are not receiving any answer mis related to the different topic of the post.
