I love Hiking and even more in the Desert.
Right next to my home town there are many Hiking trails and one of my favorite is this one.
This trail starts next to Arad and ends next to the beautiful Tourist village Kfar Hanokdim.
The trail is about 5.5km long and takes about 2.5-3.5 hours if you go downwards (from Arad to Kfar Hanokdim).
It is now part of the “Israel National Trail” and part of other trails as well.
Marked very good and easy to walk.
Along the way you will meet many flowers and herbs, Desert caves, Animals, Desert birds and sometimes you can meet shepherds with their goats and sheep
