What do you exactly mean? Are your reviews and photos pending for a long time before being posted? This is quite common especially if you post a video, especially is it is attached to your review.
I did a quick check of what you’ve posted, and overall your content is good, with just a few policy violations. 3 of your reviews and 14 of your photos are not posted. You can check them and fix the problem by comparing your public profile to your private one. To do so, open this link in a web browser in incognito mode.
Some of your photos have been uploaded twice, and sometimes in more than one place. This is not allowed and you should delete the duplicates.
I was very pleased to see that you visited my city (Venice), but I was very sorry to see that you put all the photos in the hotel’s card, instead of in the beautiful places where you took them. Deleting them and re-uploading them in the exact places would be the right thing to do.
