As a local guide when i add Photos of any place on Google map it has been added!
And I can see these photos in in my profile section in Google maps whether it’s featured on Google map or not
But in the same way when i upload video of any place nothing happens it shows nowhere neither in that place! Nor in my contribution section
I have tried many times i don’t get any error it just shows ( i am adding screenshot)
So what happens to my video where does it go
Kindly help me

You may not be aware that the points counter in your screenshot is only a motivation gimmick. Points are actually awarded only after approval. So you can not use the gimmick counter to predict if it goes public or not.
The photo filter checking videos and photos may hide your contribution immediately or later. There are a lot of reasons your photo and video to be hidden.
If you share a copy of the video/photo in question I can try to identify potential reasons.

PS if the over all quality of contributions is not very good, this can result in perfectly good pictures and videos also getting hidden. And the place you tried to upload to can also sometimes explain why it gets hidden.

Sir i have facing this issue from few days i have uploaded videos but it’s gone somewhere! Not visible in my profile section nor in place! In Google maps!
So i can’t provide all those videos because after uploaded i deleted it from my phone!.
But same problem i faced today
It’s a under construction- renovation temple (it was a old famous temple)
While uploading the video i was present at that place and my gps was on!
I have only today’s one video in my phone but how can i share here no option to upload here @MortenCopenhagen

You can share the link to the place below.
You can upload the video to YouTube and insert it below or just share the link to the video in a reply below.
Sometimes there is a delay of a day or two before pics and videos show up.

Here it is
It’s the only available video of only one place in phone.
All other video of different Places have been disappeared after uploading

I don’t see any videos in your list of photo contributions. Have you ever been able to successfully share videos on Google Maps? Maubebit’sca hardware issue.
Places under construction should not be added to Google Maps prior to the formal opening. The temple is not yet open.
You need to study the photo guidelines more carefully. Pics with recognizable faces should be deleted.
You also shared many similar (redundant) photos.
Your photos uploaded as updates are public. This should only be done if you actually have a text update about the place and not as an alternative way to share photos.
One of your reviews says:
“Not located here!
Map marker is showing it on wrong place”. This is not a review.
Please don’t include location info in your reviews. Maps does a much better job at this.
Your reviews should reflect your visit/experience and explain how you liked the place. Don’t just share some general facts. Maps users expect to read your opinions.
Conclusion: I don’t know why your videos got rejected. Rejected videos normally will show up in your list of contributions. Could it be that your internet connection is weak?
Your contributions are in need of higher quality as explained above.

I got no solution here!
But as you told many things here let me answer!
- You said I don’t see any videos in your list of photo contributions: Ans: you don’t see it because i already told you after successfuly uploaded video get disappeared and its not visible in my contribution too! and i have proper internet connection while uploading!(note: every time not i am the problem as you are thinking)

Let me tell you i have clearly written above the temple is old it’s open for worship happening only outer part is being renovated!
I have seen 100 temples renovation photos attached on map in india!

Yes i did because it’s not really located where it’s showing it’s misleading people so i written it so that people should not be confused recently i have visited there it is showing wrong on map i tried to fix but Google did not accept it!

@Manojktiwari Hola. No me ha sucedido el error que mencionas. Si, me ha ocurrido que los puntos asignados por realizar cualquier adicion, tardan en ser adjudicados.
Reference a las aportaciones de videos; aunque no he hecho muchos, la.mayoria los he sometidos directamente del telefono en la misma opcion de Maps. Selecciono el lugar del negocio, busco las opciones de fotos, y presiono la opcion de anadir.presionando la pantalla para crear el video. Directo, Tal y como quede, sin editar. Una vez el video ha subido, verifico inmediatamente si aparece en la pagina del negocio en Maps.
De todos modos, si has tratado de subir el video, usando estos pasos, y aun no te funciona, te sugiero escribas directamente tu situacion a Google Maps Support, en internet.

I don’t upload many videos but have been facing the same issue as you with one I did try and upload recently of a novelty Halloween toy in a large store where I’ve previously uploaded many photos. Like @Manojktiwari I get the fake “you’ve been awarded…” banner to indicate it’s gone through but then the video never actually appears.
I didn’t give a lot of thought to it as it’s not going to change my life but if the feature to do something is available then it should either work or provide better feedback to end users in the event of an issue (video too large? resolution too high? Google issues that will be fixed and it will appear later?)
