No violation or repetitive photos uploaded, yet the reviews are without the photos and says your upload is pending!!
If any one has any idea or a solution kindly help!!

Please go through
- the Map UGC Policies and
- about Prohibited and resticted content.
Also, please verify some of the instances in your contributions like:
Repetitive content
Personal information
You can check for similar more instances in your contributions. If you clean up your contributions data, this will prevent from getting your already posted contributions hidden.
And, also by following the above practices as described in the Maps policies and prohibited contents, you will get a higher chance of your furture contributions go public.
And, finally, please do not share your personal information here.

This is not an issue, it’s simply the waiting time for Google to check your content.
The time can vary, depending of the amount of media added, and it can become quite long if there are also videos attached to your reviews
I agree with @Kumaarsantosh in this: on your photos there are a huge amount of violations, photos added two and sometimes three times, and a lot of photos taken directly from the web. Honestly this is not only a violation but, considering the amount of them, also a good reason for a ban from the Local Guides program.
Deleting them will probably help you to remain a Local Guide
