You need to look at your profile using an incognito window or from another account to see that only 22 of your reviews are public. I just re-checked. Only 22 of your reviews are public.

for some time we have unfortunately noticed that many reviews that customers tell us, also because they evaluate directly on site, but then do not appear publicly. The problem seems to become more and more massive. More and more reviews are not published. What can be the reason for this? Can anyone help us? Thank you

I am facing the similar issue. I actually have around 116 reviews made, but only 100 is showing as public. Iam pretty sure that my reviews does not violate the content policy of local guide. Now I trapped in a situation where public reviews stays 100, no matter how many more added. Any help in the regards would be appreciated.

Hello @InaS @AngieYC i am currently experiencing this issue, my new reviews aren’t going public no matter how many times i have edited them and i didnt do anything wrong. Does anybody know what is causing it and how to fix it? Or could somebody please send my account in for review to get my reviews public again? Thanks

Hello everyone, I am a level 8 local guide with more than 300 reviews on Google. I recently found I rated some restaurants and hotels, but I can’t see the reviews that I rated through the incognito mode page and my friends’ accounts.
What’s going on with my account? Could anyone please help me solve the problem?

I wondered if the team could look at my account? All of my reviews have immediately been made public over recent months but yesterday I must have done something to trigger the filters and my last three reviews remain hidden. I’ve edited them all slightly and I’m pretty certain that they are all compliant, yet these latest three remain hidden. All help is appreciated. Thank-you!

Hi,
I have recently started reviewing restaurants and have published 13 reviews in total. Per the recommendations , I have gone ahead and followed the process to identify my hidden reviews. See snapshot. After posting the Burma Taste reviews, the next 6 reviews have been hidden or not displayed publicly. Interestingly, all my photos are posted publicly. Could you please help me in this matter? It was recommended to me to publish a comment here for solution. I tried adding a new review for the apartment complex with simple words in the review. Even that review was not posted publicly.

any update about my case? If needed I can even send you picture of the day when I went to purchase the watch in front of the shop wearing the watch I just bought there. I still do not understand why you delete my comment as it does not violate any of your rules.

In total 140 of my 276 reviews haven’t been published and are not visible. Compared to other users that’s quite a big fish and lot (over 50 %)!
I checked all my reviews, and they are compliant with google maps policies and guidelines.
I am desperate, could xou please help me. Thank you
