Hope you’re well. I’ve tagged the moderators over the last few days but haven’t had a reply to my post as of yet.
bobiisha used to fix this for me but was hoping you could look into my reviews? Everything I post gets flagged as private.
should I raise a ticket with google support because this has been ongoing for months and I don’t like wasting the time of the moderators asking for someone to look into it every 6-8 weeks ?

Several times a Google moderator replied to me saying that my reviews were being reviewed to see if they complied with Google standards, but I’m still at 377 reviews visible in Public while my account tells me 400.
Not only I do not understand that Google simply does not distribute the algorithm which is the cause of the problem but on top of that, even if you pass to validate the opinions is done one day, all the new opinions published after your visit are not taken into account and you have to start over.
Where is the logic in the management of this problem, which has been going on since March 2021 anyway???

@PatrikChatelain Treat people kindly. They have a lot of requests to work through. It’s frustrating, we all get it, but no empire is gonna fall because a few reviews took longer to get through.
Just remember there are people on the other side of this screen. People with feelings.

Kindly do not tag more than one of the Google Moderators.
I would conclude that the AI spam filter removed 5 of your 27 reviews for a good reason, otherwise, they would have been made public again after waiting for 3 months.
You may not like this, but your only option is to identify and edit those 5 reviews if you want them to not be hidden. I believe I already shared links to where you can find tips for doing so. If not, just let me know.
Keep in mind we are dealing with an automated system designed to keep spam and unhelpful reviews off the Map.

Hi, guys! This year I became more and more interested in Google Maps. I’ve been making a lot of edits to my town businesses, fixing titles, road names, etc. I’ve also been doing more reviews and ratings and adding new places (mainly located near home/work). So my activity in the platform experienced a spike this year. A couple of days ago, I noticed that some pictures, reviews, and ratings stopped publishing; they are private. In the beginning, I thought that I wasn’t describing well my genuine experiences in my reviews, so I changed them a little, but nothing happened; they remained private. Even a couple of months old review, which I decided to update, is private now. Then I noticed the private photos; most of them are business entrances of new places I added, so I thought they weren’t allowed for some reason. Finally, I saw my new ratings (added only the stars) are private too; then, I realized that probably I’m being understood as SPAM. I’ve been really active; this week, I added ratings for some places I visited in the past months; maybe that’s why the system believes I’m SPAM. I’ve been having a lot of fun on the platform; I think my edits are helping others in my town because I believe correct information is power and freedom.
I noticed this thread and decided to post a comment because I believe my reviews and ratings are wrongfully being privatized. Any help? cc @AngieYC

If you want to identify which of your reviews are hidden please see this post.
Normally we use the term “Ratings” for “Star-only-ratings”.
To make them public, please read:
The guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content
Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)
Also, my post on review guideline violations found here can help you.
Editing reviews to make them public is a process where you remove parts of the text to identify what triggered the spam filter. Then resubmit to check if it goes public in an incognito window. Keep a backup of the text so you can return the text that was not the problem. Sometimes the problem can be associated with your account and then it will not help to edit your texts.
