I have been noticing that whenever I post a review on a business which is something negative, The business owner comments on saying ‘Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Send us your details and we will get the issue resolved’ But they never even reply back when I email them about the same. And I cannot reply back on that review because only business owners are allowed to do that.
Now, How would the whole thing appear to the person reading the review? That 'I’had some problem and the ‘Business’ came forward and helped me. But that was not the case. The business owner just did that as a marketing gimmick.
Hence, my suggestion, Guides who write the review should be allowed to reply back to such comment. I know I can update my review saying the business never contacted me. But I dont think thats the same as replying on their comments and revealing their truth to the public.
PS : It is not an achievement, but my post didnt fit in any of the topics.
