I tried to update the map with a legit ATM place in locality , it denied without reason. Any explanation please

Editing Bank-related categories has been suspended since spams in Russia, Ukraine and CIS countries a few years ago and they have still lots of difficulties for editing, although sometimes some users may have some applied edits about these categories.
So if you get Not Applied instantly or repetitively in different tries, it is better to describe the issue with documentation (like a geo-tagged photo) about the existence of the ATM on the Google Maps support forum so Googlers apply the edit manually.

This is something what can happen not only for ATM, but for any other category 
.
I would try to try add this ATM place with less details, for example, do not define website or opening hours, etc… This sometimes helps

@surupa07 por lo que estuve leyendo en varios post y conociendo la seguridad bancaria esa información solo la brinda el banco y solo el puede modificarla en Google Maps. Ya que son lugares sensibles de información para el usuario.saludos
