My wife and I climbed to the top of the mast of the Macau Tower. I was very proud of my wife as it was completely out of her comfort zone. It is 338 metres high.
Wow! @TheEagleEye . Great Achievement
Thanks @usashi_stories , it was and I’m proud of myself and my wife. Thanks for message.
Congrats to the couple. It is awesome when done together.
looks great @TheEagleEye
Hi @TheEagleEye
Oh my gosh, that looks so scary yet really exciting! How did you decide to do that and how do you even prepare? Who took the photo is what I’m curious?
I would try this, not sure if I will make it all the way, but it sure seems like a cooler idea than say bungee jumping. I love it!
Thanks so much for sharing it with us!
Wow @TheEagleEye ! You guys are awesome! How do you feel after completed the mission with your wife?
@DanniS I don’t mind heights at all so was quite prepared but I have to say, with the ind blowing and feeling the tower swaying a little, it did test my limits. Looking at the clouds moving too made it feel like the tower was falling. My wife did extremely well and I was so proud of her for continuing on after saying several times that she can’t go any further.
I went down and then did the highest Bungee Jump in the world, 233 metres (764 Ft).
The photo was taken with a built in camera and operated by the control room.
@NunungAfuah we felt extremely overwhelmed with happiness. It was just another thing to tick off the bucket list.
i hope you get to do one day. Do you think you could?
Thanks @AbdullahAM it was amazing.
Yeah @TheEagleEye , everyone has their own bucket list. Yours are really awesome. I wish I could do the same with my future husband!
Oh wow, you’re quite the extremist! I think for me the scariest part is if you panic while climbing. I guess it’s good to be as calm as possible. Do you then just go down the ladder the same way you came up? That seems tough when you have to look down?
Great Achievement
I used to be an extremist @DanniS until I a near death defying incident doing a bungee jump in Sochi, Russia in 2017. I’m taking things much easier now.
We had to walk down the ladder steps the same way we went up the mast. It wasn’t too bad.
@TheEagleEye Oh!! Be careful! This is probably the reason why I’m not that much into it, but I do get the adrenaline rush you get. The only extreme thing I’ve done was paragliding with an instructor, and it was quite cool actually!
That looks really awesome @DanniS . I haven’t done that. The photo is amazing and the location is great. Where is that exactly in Bulgaria? Thanks for message and for sharing.
I did solo parachuting when I was in the Air Force and after but in past several years done tandem, mainly because my concentration isn’t as good as it used to be.
Thank you @Jahangir7447
@TheEagleEye wow! Wonderful!!
Thank you @moshtak786 , it was very incredible.
Parachuting sounds really exciting, but not sure if I’ll ever do it. I can’t remember the exact name of the location I went, since it was a long time ago, but I think there are many spots in Bulgaria that do paragliding.
