There is a new and fresh running track coming near the university city area, Near the University Halls.
Already, people are running in that area on the pavements, but the new tracks will make more people to join.
While this is happening, there will be soon small cafes to opened up soon as they complete the tracks.
This will give small business a good startup and improve the community overall.
