@Albry @Hii google community when I try to contribute on Google maps some disturbing type question appear on middle of screen
Always ask to me are you ready to send data to google maps?
I don’t know why this is appearing on my phone frequently.
And I edited some places category. But still I don’t know why google are not approving my change??.
I am expecting some help?

Hi @Priyanshusingh I have not seen that wording appear. Are you using Maps on iPhone or Android? Do you have the latest version? Can you share a screen shot? Do you have any kind of security software running?

That is really interesting @Priyanshusingh @AdriansyahPutera how is the connectivity where you are? I wonder if perhaps you were offline then went back online and the message came up? A screen shot would be helpful.

Hello @PaulPavlinovich , the internet connection was and is good. The notification came up 2-3 times a day just right after I opened Google Maps, but not everyday just random weekdays for 2 weeks. I’ve never had that kind of popup notification message before, it began after mid January. At first I thought that was a new way from Google to ask my permission to collect my activity data on Google Maps. I just hit the OK button, but 2 days later the same message came up again.
I’ve not had the message again since Feb 3rd. I will definitely take a screen shot of it if it comes up again.
Thanks a lot for your time and attention to this case,
Adrian

I’ve asked around and didn’t find any concrete answers, do you have upload via wifi only turned on?
