Hi there,

I was wondering if someone could shed some light on my situation. I have posted reviews. It’s only visible to me. I have filled out an online form and Google support has confirmed that no breaches to their guidelines were made. Yet… My reviews are still only visible to me only. It’s been the past 3 reviews.

Why are my reviews not being published?

I suspect the first unpublished one was due to being flagged by the business. But Google support confirmed there is not breach. So why is the problem not being solved?

You used the wrong form.

Please use the form called Account Investigation for contributions not visible on Google Maps if you believe that some of your contributions have been wrongfully unpublished. Keep in mind, it takes several weeks for the check to be done, and you will not be notified about the result, so I suggest you check the status of your reviews once a week or so.
