Unlock Fact Finder: Choose answers for 25 questions

Hi, I can’t unlock fact finder because of not reaching the 25 question points and I am not sure what that is and where can i get them. Is this part is what i attached as YES/NO/NOT SURE in contribution?

By the way I caught up in contribution and right now I cant contribute more.
