Recently I visited a hotel in Gurugram which is a suburban area of Delhi for a family function. The hotel’s name is 21 Gun Salute.
The theme of the hotel is a royal Rajasthani style. The interior decoration is made like a typical Rajasthani Palace with lavish silverware, comfortable sitting arrangement, and a bar with cushioned high-rise stools.
The special attractions are the various antique objects on display. This is an Austin 1923 model and below it is an Alvis.
Also on display are telephones and cameras made in the US from the 19th century. The photo on the right is that of a kerosene fan that operates on a Stirling air engine.
Other attractions are Sunbeam motorcycles from 1922. These are the Norton 500 CC models.
In the far background are some antique typewriters besides the buffet system getting ready.
Finally, very attractive antique handguns in very god condition are on display everywhere in the passage and along the staircase.
Above all the food is of very good quality and overall a great ambiance though the prices are quite steep and worth the value and experience I got.
I have also shared an article about the mouth-freshener that is offered in this hotel recently.
