Hi Family, :yum:

We are Foody, we enjoyed various food item at home, we always trying various dishes at home, actually Jackfruit curry is a very unique recipe, and this dish not serve in Hotel, we always try to make like Villege style, we have taken this raw jackfruit from Bhimashankar Forest, there is available in bulk, this forest is very big in size, so this dish is always favourite in rural area, so on that i have made video on Jackfruit curry on Youtube,whole making credit goes to my wife, she is very brilliant in cooking as well very enthusiastic toward unique style in food making,so i will share some photo as well as video here for details,

this is one of my favorite every holi we make with puri

my mom make pickle also every year send it for me,

thats dry so we can keep for year more old more tasty can be kept up to three years how many of tasted

pickle of jackfruit
