Unexpected Limousine Experience at Silver Sevens Hotel

The best things in life come to you when you least expect them. One such experience was one that I had never dreamt about. It was a Limousine ride during my Las Vegas visit last year.

I stayed in the Silver Sevens Casino Hotel for 2 days and had a bittersweet experience which I promptly shared on Google Maps.

The most delightful thing came after check out. A Limousine appeared out of nowhere and stopped right in front of me. The driver informed me that I was offered a complimentary drop to the airport. I realized I had lucked out. Remember, ‘getting lucky’ is not a phrase used in this regard in the US. It has a different meaning.

During my previous visits to the US, even a glimpse of a limousine passing would delight me and now I was here overwhelmed with this offer. I requested the driver to take a photo of me standing outside the Limo - a short word used for a Limousine in the US.

The interiors were nothing short of a dream.

There were lavish sofa-like seats where one could stretch out or sleep. The limo is so spacious that a group of 6-7 people can even enjoy a party inside it.

There was also a mini-bar with complimentary drinks.

I just sat there stunned and stoned enjoying the views of the fabulous buildings and hotels of Las Vegas. Everything outside looked different at that moment than it would if I were walking on the sidewalks or driving any other car.

I took some selfies and the Limousine is so big that you can easily see the driver vanishing away in perspective at the far end in the photo below.

These were the most memorable 15 minutes of the entire US trip that year.

Until then… Happy guiding

That’s right @Thai_Ngh

The people who conduct the play are experts.

They never let you win, even by luck.

I was accompanied by 7 other colleagues who played various casino games.

No one win in any of those :grinning:

Thank you @TravellerG

Yes, it was completely unexpected since the hotel approached me with this complimentary ride when leaving the hotel.

Although I have casually mentioned ‘last year’ in the post, it was actually 2018.

Oh… I see… Thanks for your update…

All my US, UK trips too were before 2018…

Nowadays, due to medical restrictions, I don’t travel abroad.

Though I’m not a fan of Limo, I have travelled a couple of times since one of our sisterly organisations owned one.

Thanks for your enjoyable companionship.

Best regards, dear @TusharSuradkar
