In this there are 6 types of questions.
So, my question is that 5&6 , at where place count in our contributions?.
I answer many this type of question.
But there is no change in contribution.
Delay contribution that’s I know. But I think counts doesn’t effect.

Point 5 is not add mobile number, but “Primary phone number”. This is part of the “edits” and will give you five points. More info about edits on: Suggest edits to a place or flag it for removal
Point 6 is part of Answer questions , and will give you one point for every answer

You are correct. But after the answer the questions, there is no contribution add in my past contribution.
When I fact checked, then the points or numbers add in my fact checked section.
But after this uncover missing information accessibility questions, answer by me.
It’s like a the contribution stuck. No one point add in my contribution.
After 26 hours. No change I saw.

Are you saying that you are not getting point for Answers?
Check your setting for Google’s My Activity . Please read: How do I delete my answers to questions on Google Maps?
If on My Activity your setting is different from this one here below, your answer are automatically deleted and the points not given

I delete my all time activity.
But still doesn’t any change occur.
After this I answer 10 questions but still doesn’t add.
I think, I will wait for 6 hours.
May be it works or fix automatically.

If so, no points will be given for Answers, as indicated on the previously shared article
My query is about when I give accessibility questions under uncover missing information, no any place of Contribution, their points are add.
Instead, when I check the facts, instantly points are added in my contribution.
As you mention,
I delete my History after reading Arimar’s Article.
And after that I give answers of 10-15 Accessibility questions under uncover missing information, but the still 10-15 points are not added.
That I know, it’s the instant output means Instantly we get point after question. But here is not.

Deleting the history, you are also deleting all the points received with answers, and, once deleted, there is no way to get the Points back

But new questions doesn’t affect with deletion of my activity.
Here still new questions that answers given by me., no points are added in my contribution.

The uncover missing info follows the lines of edits. You get points once the change is accepted. The only exception is the photos where you get the points the moment that pic appears on your private profile.
In Question’s Answers Also?.
But still that points are not add in my answers section of contribution.
I talk about Accessibility questions.
What amount of time it takes?
By questions and answers do you mean replies in “know this place”?
Nowadays that behaves in a weird manner. The questions repeat. And I guess if your answer in the previous season is different from the current one, you may lose points. That happened to me once and then onwards I stopped answering those.

I think it’s very weird.
We loose our efforts.
@KishorMali friends @C_T and @ErmesT have given right information but I’m give you a little more.
Firstly you don’t get points if the place already has those flags set. You also don’t get points if you edit, unset then, re edit and set them again.
I would also suggest to you that life isn’t all about points. I add accessibility information for the good of humans in general not to get points. I suggest you contemplate your motivations. Local Guides is about community.

And Recently, I find accessibility questions in uncover missing information.
So, that’s Why I ask that I am contributing in UMI, but still doesn’t change occur in my contribution.
