Unban husband account

Good afternoon. My husband was banned from the local experts program, but the ban was lifted in June. After that, he cannot re-register. Every time he tries, he gets a message that “You can’t become a local expert.” And if he tries to go to the local expert forum, he gets the message “erroruserbanned Local Guides Connect is reserved for Local Guides program participants. You cannot access Local Guides Connect as your Local Guides account has been suspended.” Every time he wrote in support of this, he received an answer that he was unbanned, but he has not been able to register for 3 months and nothing has changed. Help me please. His contrib id and i can send his email to moderators PM’s if you contact me. Thanks.

This is the 4th or fifth time I have seen this. I speculate that some LG got banned for reasons that the Appeals form can not see.

Please confirm that you have tried to sign up again, and that you have used the appeals form already.

@Bobiisha would you kindly take a look at this also?

Hi @MortenCopenhagen thanks for your interest in my problem, and yes, he already tried to login after he was unbanned (from different pc’s/phones) and still got same message. And yes, he used appeal form 4 times (from June till September) and all that times he received messages from support, that they doesn’t see any problem on their side and account was unbanned in june

@MortenCopenhagen , yes, and when he click “Begin” there, he reciving message “You cannot apply in local guides” on our local language

I’m sorry, but support for banned members is not provided in this forum.

If your husband appealed his ban and was told it was lifted he should the reply back within that chain to say he is still getting the messages that he is banned. The people that handle the appeals are the only ones that can help him.

Hi @Flash . Thank you for the answer, but I’m not sure, that it’s possible to reply within that chain, because all messages from support got email like no reply [email redacted], so it’s possible that his answer won’t be delivered

@miraza17 , as mentioned by @MortenCopenhagen it seems there is a kind of glitch for some user, and despite being reinstated, they are not able to join back with their account.

That’s why he tagged @Bobiisha here.

Also please note that I just released your replies to @Flash from spam quarantine. Our filter is working to protect the community and you from unwanted content, but sometimes it can be triggered by something and remove a legitimate post (the email address in this case, I guess)

You can for sure reply to the result email you receive after filling out the appeals form. In fact that is your only way to respond.

The issue is that the process is very automated so often you will just be told that everything is okay again!

Hopefully @Bobiisha can figure out what is going on here to the benefit of others in the same situation.
