Unable to remove a duplicate place temple

On Google map near my area in Ayodhya there is famous temple Hanuman garhi(gadhi)

It is on map Hanuman Garhi Mandir

But there is a duplicate of this temple in map

Because in Ayodhya only one main Hanuman garhi is present

Here is the duplicate of that temple anyone can check this by photos of those temple given in map

Someone mentioned in name original but it’s duplicate of same temple i tried to marked as duplicate but within a minute Google notified me it is not duplicate and it could not verify my edit

Kindly fix it and remove the duplicate

Have a look at @MortenCopenhagen insight into duplicates and see if there’s anything in there that might help - the key seems to be to ensure both entries are as identical as possible before reporting and mark the second one as the duplicate rather than the main one to have the most chance of it happening.

I read the link in your reply and i tried to do few things but Google says it could not verify anyone from india who ever travelled know this or anyone can see pics in both temple on map they all are same i think duplicate temple also has few review written that’s why Google is not removing but the original added place has almost 1800 plus review

Please fix This tourist gets confused because of this

If the system does not trust you to make the needed edits it is most likely because you made too many failed attempts.

If you saw a screen specifically mentioning that people from India can not make certain edits, I would ve very interested in seeing a screenshot of this.

Your next level would be to seep help on this in Google Maps supportforum. I will share the link in the reply below.

I did not see anything that people of India can not edit

And if system not trusting me then someone from Google or someone from local guide should must fix this because it’s a famous tourist destination temple and lots of people visits here regularly they gets confused because of two same temple

Pls fix this

Respected sir i posted there many problems but i rarely gets support from forum i have also posted this issue there
