Hi @Ameena_98 - there’s actually a deadline for the gift. Can you check your email and let us know the deadline of you award you received? If you have confirmed that the code is still valid, what is the error you’re getting?
I also suggest opening the page, and type in the code manually. Also try switch browsers (mobile to PC, vice versa, diferent type of browsers - Chrome, Edge, Firefox, incognito mode) and see if you can get it to work.
Also please post a screenshot when the issue happen so we understand exactly what the issue is. Please cover the redemption code and any personal info.

@Ameena_98 have you tried the workaround I listed above? Try it with different browsers, copy and paste the code manually, and also try Incognito mode. Please report back if you’re still having issues after that.

I Tried Something Different
Go To FAQ Page ->Then Change Delivery Adress ( it will work ) After doing this I got an confirmation mail
