I am unable to post reviews anymore ,they are just not being posted publically. I have gone through the guidelines and none of the reviews violate any guidelines i have been contributing for years in similar manner.All my recent reviews are stuck at screen below even after hours
hi @WilfriedB thanks for the response, it seems really strange that we even legitimate reviews are not being published and sending an appealnfor every review we publish is not a solution.
I can publish text only reviews but as soon as even a single image is attached its not published
This seems to be a bug that some users have been experiencing for a while, @jaskaransinghbindra. Your reviews aren’t violating guidelines—it’s an issue with the app. The best workaround for now is to use the web version of Google Maps to post your reviews. Hopefully, Google fixes this soon!
That’s strange—this issue shouldn’t usually happen on the web browser since it uploads images directly, @jaskaransinghbindra. The main problem with the app is that it struggles to upload some images, especially if it’s closed before Google Maps finishes the slow upload process. Maybe try a different browser?
Hello @jaskaransinghbindra , I agree with @Hope that is not a matter of the filter rejecting some photos, but a technical, hopefully temporary glitch.
I have experienced even posting from the desktop Web browser, but that was at least year ago.
Meanwhile I decided, not to attach any media to the reviews, but post them directly to listings, because I see immediately which of my photos was rejected. If the review is rejected, I know it happened because of some words, but I didn’t see that since a long time now.
