Hi #localguide?, my name is Natalia. My passion is to travel, try local dishes so I can share my experience with the world. I adventitiously got into the local guides via my husband. Who also loves to travel and share his experiences. I take this adventure for my husband who doesn’t feel comfortable speaking English. I started to make my contribution while living in Ukraine and traveling in Europe.
But now I have been living in Chicago for 10 months and Google maps help to explore the new city for me.
Thanks to the application I was able to discover very interesting places in the Windy City and visited many festivals, museums.
Chicago has the largest Ukrainian diaspora in the United States. With the help of #localguide, I can share with Ukrainian people the impressions of the cultural and economic heritage of the American nation. At the same time, I would like to open my culture and traditions of the Ukrainian people to Americans.
