UK Local Guides? Where are you?

Hi I am a UK local guide based story in Kent and wonder if there have ever been any meet ups in England? I found a feed on here from 2016 but did it go anywhere? Would be interested in talking to other UK local guides and possibly meeting up if enough interest

I live near Coventry. I hosted a meet-up a few months ago but no one turned up.
I’m figuring not many peeps in my area… maybe best to try/look for something in London?
IF we did a BIG event in London, I could stay overnight somewhere, but going in for one day only is quite stressful with the commute and early morning/late night…
Any thoughts?

HI and sorry to take so long to reply. I agree, London would,be best for a meet up, but as you say, needs to be BIG event, ideally hosted by Google maybe.

BUT the problem I am having is HOW to find the UK local guides on here- the site does not seem very user friendly to contact each other.

Any ideas on how to find other guides in UK?? thanks, Phil
