Chokha Bati is a popular dish in the northern part of India which is known by many names in North India such as Dal Bati Bati Churma Litti Chokha and Chokha Bati. In the same way, the men of this country, who make vegetarian food, also make this choki baati in bar-bq and eat it with their family and friends.This dish is made outdoor, for this, powdered wheat lentil spices potato tomato onion coriander chilli etc. are made by forgetting them on the coal and filled with pulses in ground wheat, a baati is made which is dipped in desi ghee with onions and pickles to your friends and family. Can eat with like this weekend I made and ate with my friends.
