Please I need some clarification on the difference between regular reviews by local guides and this type of reviews that are all positive? Appearing to be based on instruction

To have the guidelines that Local Guides can follow when contributing on Google Maps, I would highly suggest to check carefully the information provided in the article Maps User Contributed Content Policy. (as first and foremost, sharing the true experience should be the highest priority when leaving feedback of a business).
Should you see any review that infringe the mentioned above content policy, you may check the post How and when to report reviews on Google Maps for handy instructions on how to proceed.
