There is a situation, where wine bar owner create two place with same name. She is closing soon one place (bar) and moves permanently to other location in same city, where already new wine bar is opened. Question, is it possible somehow to connect or remove all reviews from old place to new place (wine bar)

Places can be merged, but I doubt that is the right thing to do.

- Firs of all because all the information about the closed place in this way will disappear, and a person who is searching for the old bar will not be informed that the place is CLOSED.
- Second because every place has his own characteristic, even if the owner is the same. Different space, different aspect, maybe different people working in there.
Every contribution must stay in the location where it was generated. Merging them is necessary ONLY when a duplicate of the listing has been erroneously created, because in that case all the contributions belong to the same location

The heading and the first line of your post are not matching with rest of the text. Well, as far as I understand the owner has two sites of the business and closing one of them. Like what was mentioned by Ermes, employees, and management could be different so merging them wouldn’t be a good idea until you know that the employees were rotating their shifts between both sites( which is impossible).
In that case, neither the reviews nor the photos should be merged with the one which is in service right now. Marking that business as permanently closed would be a good idea.
